Health benefits of dates are uncountable, as this fruit is rich in natural fibers. These natural products also consists of oil, calcium, sulphur, iron, potassium, phosphorous, manganese, copper and magnesium which are beneficial for health. Dates are even rich in several vitamins and minerals. It helps in fighting constipation, intestinal disorders, weight gain, heart problems, sexual weakness, diarrhea and abdominal cancer.
  • Dates get digested very quickly, that’s why they can be used for quick energy and repairing wastes.
  • The nicotinic properties of dates make them an excellent cure for intestinal disturbances.

  • Dates are a great remedy for weak hearts. Dates soaked overnight in water and crushed in the same water in the morning should be taken twice a week in this condition to strengthen your heart.
  • The date is a laxative food. It is highly beneficial in the treatment of constipation as the roughage provided by it stimulates sluggish bowels. Dates should be immersed in water at night and taken after making them into fine syrup the next morning to secure laxative effect.
