Elders need to Focus on Nutrition

It's essential to eat properly at any age, in particular seniors. The American Academy of Family Physicians says malnutrition in elders can result in a range of additional health problems:
  •  Unintended weight loss.
  •  Fatigue.
  •  Muscle weakening and lack of strength.
  •  Feeling depressed.
  •  Memory loss.
  •  Compromised immunity from infection.
  •  Anemia.
